6 Month Health Coaching Program

The program begins with an assessment of your current health status, lifestyle, eating habits, fitness level, and any medical conditions or challenges. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan addressing your unique needs and goals, define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals, and building healthy habits. The coach help will help identify and overcome barriers to change, such as unhealthy habits, emotional eating, or lack of motivation.
The coach and client will meet bi-weekly online, These check-ins will review progress on current goals, adjust as needed, and review any logs and emotions.
6 Month Fitness Program
$600
This program is designed to improve your physical health, fitness levels, and overall well-being over 6 months. It is tailored to your specific fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle building, endurance enhancement, or general fitness improvement. We will evaluate your current baseline metrics, fitness levels, and identify any limitations and concerns. The program will focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility, and active recovery. Bi-Weekly online check-ins to track workouts and monitor progress. Monthly reevaluation of weight, measurements, performance metrics. Adjustments to the program as needed.
Workouts and client-coach meetings are completed online. Workout will be available via an app which includes demonstration videos.
6 Month Nutrition Program
$900
Designed to improve your diet and health over 6 months. It includes personalized guidance, regular monitoring, and specific goals based on your needs and objectives. Looks at current health status, medical history, and any existing condition. Review current eating habits, food preferences, and nutrient intake. Develop a personalized nutrition goals. Provide education on macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). Address food allergies, intolerances, or cultural dietary practices. Evaluate progress toward initial goals, develop a maintenance plan to sustain results and adapt to future needs. It's ideal for those looking for a structured approach to achieve their nutrition and health goals.
